Hi, I’m Hirday, Founder of Smart Guru Studio. My journey has never followed a single path. From technology and leadership to marketing, corporate catering, real estate, home services and entrepreneurship, each chapter has taught me something different about business, people and growth.My career began in India after studying Electrical & Electronics. I worked with electrical and electronics companies and progressed into leadership, eventually serving as an All India Service Manager. Those early years taught me the importance of service, responsibility, problem-solving and earning customer trust.
My journey later took me into marketing and corporate services, where I worked as a Marketing Director, followed by entrepreneurship in corporate catering, cafeteria management and food supply services. I also built experience in real estate, experiencing both successes and setbacks that taught me valuable lessons about risk, resilience, customer relationships and adapting to change.
In 2012, I moved to Canada and started again from the ground up. I worked factory labour jobs while exploring new opportunities, including home catering and real estate. Instead of limiting myself to one field, I continued learning—developing skills in graphic design and completing professional training in Home Inspection, mortgage services, mold and bacteria inspection, and Structural Extermination through the University of Guelph. Every new skill added another layer to my understanding of how local businesses operate and serve their customers.
One of the most important chapters of my journey was building Bug Managers Pest Control & Wildlife Removal Services. Starting and growing a service business taught me far more than pest control. I learned firsthand how important a professional website, Google Business Profile, local SEO, customer reviews, social media, advertising, branding and lead generation are for a local business. Instead of simply outsourcing everything, I became deeply involved in learning and improving these areas myself.
That experience led to the idea behind Smart Guru Studio. As AI and digital tools evolved, I saw an opportunity to combine modern technology with decades of real-world business experience. I believe AI is powerful, but AI combined with human creativity, practical experience and an understanding of customers is far more powerful. Smart Guru Studio was created to bring these strengths together and help entrepreneurs and small businesses build professional brands, improve their digital presence and promote their businesses more effectively.
